The Quantitative Easing program is confusing directions between developed and emerging markets, the reduction of QE is logical to be faced by dumping of Gold unless if situations in markets are demanding safe haven, while so far developed markets still showing ability to continue strength while emerging markets took the hit of that reduction which forced investors to head toward safe haven.
with gold above 1270 this may give the market a new trading zone between 1260 - (1360-80), this scenario is continues as long as the weekly close sustain above 1270.
market support at 1309 and 1296 which consider good zone to long(buy) market with tartget toward 1355-60, while market retreated befor testing resistance of 1334 which placing the drop risk back to market.
short-run seeing possibility for the market to obtain trading range between 1296 - 1334 , where market will give long-buy oppertunity around 1296, while if market failled to break above 1334 this would be the first sign for the drop market.
long-run:
the long-run wave still heading down toward 1100 while this scenario need market to hold trades below 1525, which now consider as the main level between bearish and bullish market.
